Coach Randall is the single greatest coach I have ever had in anything. I’m almost 17 now and we have been training since i was 11, he has not only boosted my game enough to be a top shooting guard in the surrounding countys, but he has mentored me in my life actions, school and helped me improve my other passions outside of basketball. Everything i'm saying doesn’t do any justice for what he does for me. A true coach, professional, athlete and friend who has changed my life for the good. He is the best basketball trainer in the state and everything he says is able to be applied and done on the court, if you don’t believe me come in and watch a high level session. Randall Scott and One on One academy instructed our teams as a group and also individually.

As a team there were immediate cohesive improvements and also recognizable fundamental improvements as a whole.

Randall demands excellence. He doesn't allow shortcuts. He teaches players that becoming great isn't about simply showing up and shooting a basketball — it's about repetition, preparation, discipline, consistency, accountability, and putting in the work when nobody is watching.

His knowledge of shooting mechanics and player development is exceptional. He knows how to break down a player's shot, identify weaknesses, make corrections, and build the confidence necessary to perform at a high level.

We watched Vincent grow from a young kid in the 6th grade into a college basketball player who earned a full scholarship and accomplished things we could only dream about when this journey began.
